Youth Parliament of Europe is a networking event that brings together young people from youth parliaments and participation structures across Europe. It aims to foster exchange, inspire new ideas, and strengthen youth participation on a European level.
Through engaging workshops and panel discussions, participants explore key future topics such as climate action, digital participation, and social justice. At the same time, the event offers the chance to connect with peers, discover diverse models of youth engagement, and share experiences across borders.

What makes YPNE unique?
YPNE is an open, non-partisan platform that links local and regional youth parliaments across Europe. We connect peers, welcome newcomers, and share tools so ideas turn into real action at home. From Bavaria, we make cross-border project transfer easy, inclusive, and long-term-measured by partnerships that last and solutions that travel.
Who is our target group?
Local and regional youth parliaments – self-organized bodies of representatives chosen by young people – and similar youth representations across Europe
Are there any language requirements?
Yes – English is our working language. We use simple, inclusive formats and provide multilingual resources where possible. No certificates needed; basic conversational English is enough, and we support non-native speakers
What will my participation look like?
You join an open, non-partisan platform: connect with youth parliaments across Europe, take part in guided networking, co-create solutions in small groups, and exchange tried-and-tested tools you can transfer at home. We mix online meetups with in-person sessions, use simple, inclusive formats, and give follow-up support so your ideas turn into real impact in your youth parliament.
