YPNE is here – Connecting Youth Participation Across Europe

A new European network for youth participation is taking shape. Welcome to YPNE – the Youth Parliament Network Europe.

Across Europe, thousands of young people are already shaping their communities through youth parliaments, councils and other forms of representation. They develop ideas, organise projects, raise their voices and contribute to political decision-making. Yet too often, these initiatives remain local – with few opportunities to learn from one another across borders.

YPNE was created to change that.

Our goal is to connect young people and youth participation structures from across Europe, creating a space where experiences, ideas and successful approaches can be shared. We want to make it easier to discover how youth participation works in other countries, learn from different models and turn good ideas into projects that can travel beyond borders.

At the heart of YPNE is exchange. Through international meetings, workshops, discussions and long-term networking opportunities, participants will be able to meet peers from across Europe, develop new skills and work together on the challenges that matter to their generation – from climate action and digital participation to social justice and the future of democracy.

But YPNE is not meant to be a one-time event. We want to build a lasting European community: open, non-partisan and driven by young people themselves.

The launch of YPNE marks the beginning of that journey.

Whether you are already active in a youth parliament, represent a youth organisation, want to become a partner or simply believe in stronger youth participation across Europe – we invite you to become part of the network.

Let’s connect ideas, share experiences and strengthen youth participation across Europe. Together.
